Seeking qualified individuals to staff our national dispute resolution program, BBB AUTO LINE. CBBB Case Specialists are
impartial staff trained to assist consumers and automotive manufacturers in the resolution
of warranty disputes following the BBB Rules of Arbitration, in How BBB AUTO LINE Works.
Prospective candidates for these staff positions are interested in and/or have a
background in consumer affairs, customer relations, dispute resolution, law or legal
affairs, policy studies, or communications. Candidates generally are college graduates or
possess an employment history equal to a degree specialty.
Individuals should possess an ability to work under pressure to close cases within
certain time lines. Case Specialists are self-motivated and able to work with minimal
supervision. Position requires strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret
complex state lemon laws.
The BBB AUTO LINE Call Center is located in Arlington, VA at the Ballston Metro
Station. Arlington, VA is within six miles of downtown Washington, D.C. with an excellent
transportation system in place.
