VA and the National Partnership for Reinventing Government Hold Conversations with America

The Department of Veterans Affairs is participating with all other government departments in conducting "conversations with our customers" as directed by the President and NPRG. The Secretary, Deputy, Undersecretaries and others are holding open forums around the country - now particularly at Veterans Service Organization (VSO) meetings. These forums, meetings and conversations are designed to elicit from customers and their representatives their impressions of how well VA services are performing and to anticipate services that may or should be considered for future implementation. For more information see the National Partnership for Reinventing Government Conversations with America.

Presentation Package

During a number of Conversations with America sessions a Standard PowerPoint Presentation Package was used to share relevant information with the session participants and promote discussion. Please click on the Download Presentation button to view the presentation. This presentation may also be customized by VA managers and employees to support their own Conversations with America Event.
