If your listing is sold or withdrawn prior to your ad's scheduled starting date, and you do not select another listing in its place, we will use the next newest listing in your inventory within a price range that you specify at the time you place your order.  If no other inventory is available, we will use your photo or office logo.

Customers with weekly reservations:  In periods of peak demand for Featured Homes™ ads in your area, it may be necessary for us to change your order from weekly to every other week.  Whenever a reservation is changed, your ad will be guaranteed for the following week, and you will be notified by e-mail.  You will not be charged for any ad which does not display.  In order to insure yourself a placement at least every other week, you must have a reservation contract.
