- The Full Time MBA Program is an intensive two-year program with classes offered during the days and evenings.
- The Professional MBA Program is a three-year program designed for those who want to enhance their current career progression without leaving the workforce.
- The Executive MBA Program is designed to allow successful practicing managers to enrich and enhance their organizational effectiveness through theoretical founding in core business functions.
- The Division of Executive and Management Development offers non-credit certificate seminars for business executives, managers, and professionals seeking current, practical knowledge and strategies to enhance their careers.
- The (MA/MBA) and (JD/MBA) are offered by the Cox School in conjunction with SMU's Meadows School of the Arts and SMU's School of Law.
- The Caruth Institute of Owner-Managed Business offers education, training and special programs for today's fast paced entrepreneur and aspiring entrepreneur.
Engineering and Computer Science
- SMU Engineering--Advanced Computer Education Centers offer part-time and full-time classes during days, evenings, and weekends. Topics cover Microsoft Windows NT/2000, Microsoft BackOffice, Cisco, Oracle, A+, Novell NetWare, UNIX, Microsoft Visual Basic, and C/C++ programming. Courses are available for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

- Evening Bachelor's Degrees provides motivated adults with a convenient and affordable opportunity to complete their undergraduate education in the evening on a part-time basis.
- Master of Liberal Arts program allows adults to pursue classical learning in the liberal arts in a uniquely modern format.
- Non-Degree Credit Studies provides convenient access to day and evening credit courses in a variety of academic disciplines, professional areas of study, and teacher certification and endorsement programs.
- Educators Programs
- Gifted Students Institute is dedicated to the education and development of talented and gifted students in Texas and the Southwest.
- Educational Technology Certification helps those who work with K-12 students develop optimal processes for integrating the uses of technology across the curriculum to create the best possible learning environment for each individual in the classroom.
- Learning Therapy Program is an 18-hour professional certification program for individuals interested in working with children or adults who have dyslexia or related language learning disorders.
- Summer Workshops For Educators offers a variety of noncredit and college credit workshops for educators interested in professional or personal enrichment.
- Programs For Youth
- Summer Studies include one- and two-week enrichment programs offered throughout the summer in the areas of technology, computers, writing, art, math, sciences, study skills, and foreign languages.
- Talented and Gifted(TAG) program offers intellectual challenges and exciting learning experiences to academically accelerated students completing the seventh, eighth, or ninth grade.
- College Experience is a unique five-week summer program that provides an opportunity for a small and carefully chosen group of highly motivated and academically able high school students to get ahead start on college and a taste of campus life.
- Challenges program offers informal courses designed especially for talented young people.
- Study Skills Workshop offers a learning strategies course for students in grades 7 through 12 who are excelling in school and want to prepare for college, who are struggling to maintain satisfactory grades and need to develop efficient study skills,or who are expecting a particularly demanding academic load in the following school year.
Teacher Preparation
- The Center for Teacher Preparation prepares undergraduate and graduate students to meet the requirements for certification in elementary, secondary, and all levels music education in the state of Texas and in most other states.
Theology
- Perkins School of Theology offers continuing education programs for laity and church professionals in the practical ministry, theology, Christian education, church music, and youth and children's ministry.
