Numbers in left hand column under Normal Useful Life-Years represent physical % good.
Numbers in right hand column are factors resultant from multiplying Replacement Cost Index by physical % good. Factors shown are percentages.
Physical % good is computed on a straight line basis, with a 20% residual value for assets in use-in place whose actual age exceed Normal Useful
Life. Assets at end of useful life and not used by owner will be priced at salvage value (below 20% residual).
Replacement Cost Index is from the Marshall Valuation Service and reflects national averages of estimates of trends in installed equipment costs.

Appraised Value = original total cost of asset multiplied by appropriate factor.

Methodology of this schedule estimates value utilizing "highest and best use" concept, or the value to the end-user as measured by the total
replacement cost of an acceptable substitute having comparable utility.
