Texas Geographic Information Council
The Texas Geographic Information Council (TGIC), was formed
on September 1, 1997 through the merger of the Texas GIS Planning

development, standards, data distribution, and GIS
implementation.
The TGIC homepage is being updated and
enhanced to reflect the many changes in Texas geographic
information coordination that have taken place recently. Because
of this, the TGIC homepage is under construction!
