Hinguanzo, with treats
Richard Michael Pruitt/DMN

His pickup truck loaded with Easter treats, Rudy Hinguanzo prepares for his favorite holiday -- one that he's made a family tradition for almost 20 years.

Hopping spree
Now four generations strong, the Hinguanzo clan has been collecting candy, trinkets and Easter baskets to hand out to kids for nearly two decades. It's a tradition that enlists sons and daughters, siblings and spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The effort, which grows each year, endures because of the efforts of the family patriarch, Rudy Hinguanzo.
