A 9-year-old hotel building boom in Irving is showing signs of weariness. Area hoteliers enjoyed robust and sustained growth for most of the last decade, thanks to a bustling economy and demand that outpaced supply, said Jim Clark, executive director for the Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau.
