The Public Information Office provides information on the City government and services to residents and the media. The office produces the Municipal Messenger, a quarterly report to Allen residents, and the annual State of the City report; oversees Access Allen, the city's website; and manages the government access channel, City 6 (COA-TV). The office also helps coordinate special events and projects for city departments and provides internal communication to city employees.
