Reduce Auto Theft in Texas (RATT) is one of 28 grants being funded for
fiscal year 1999 by the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA) in Austin to
reduce vehicle theft throughout the state. RATT, a public awareness and auto theft
education/prevention program, is housed and administered by the Human Services and
Regional Training Department at the North Central Texas Council of Governments in
Arlington.
