The Tuscany at Goldmark is an apartment community for active adults in North Dallas. Four two-bedroom, two-bath apartment homes are available at the special rate of $742. A few one-bedroom homes, which start at $630, also are available. The Tuscany and Waterford at Goldmark feature a number amenities, including daily transportation services and a full calendar of activities such as potluck get-togethers, continental breakfasts, games and educational events. An active lifestyle is stressed, and the community sponsors an aerobics and training exercise program. In the Grand Ballroom, residents can dance the night away at community-sponsored gatherings. The Tuscany and Waterford are at 13731 Goldmark Drive in Dallas. The leasing center is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
