Ron Burch, manager of the Lakewood office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, announces the addition of three new agents. They are Jo Thompson, Dee Gilbreath and Mark McDaniel.



Scott Little has joined Ebby Halliday Realtors' Campbell/Coit office. The Oklahoma native has a background in business development, marketing and planning, says office manager Alice Slaney Davis. In addition, Ghitta Torrico, a top-producing associate in that office, recently appeared as a panelist at the North Texas Relocation Council general meeting and shared her experience in working with people from other countries moving to the metroplex.



Eleven sales associates have joined RE/MAX DFW Associates . They are Jennifer Rupe in the Valley Ranch/Las Colinas office; Troy Bush, Ted and Brenda Rankin and Renee Spurlock in the Carrollton/121 Corridor office; Sonja Jordan, Mark Moore and John Wilson in the Flower Mound office; and Allen Horak, Scott Lawrence and Michael Rohland in the Coppell office.



Joan Coleman of Winans Realtors/GMAC Real Estate was honored for being among the top 100 agents in the 23,000-member franchise.

Lee Thomas, general manager of Ellen Terry Realtors , congratulated founder Ellen Terry for closing and pending $35 million in sales volume for the first quarter of 2001. Her sales represent seven multimillion-dollar transactions with list prices ranging from $1,150,000 to $6,995,000. Mr. Thomas says. Ms. Terry's average property sales price is $2.5 million, he says.



Century 21 Judge Fite Management Co. recently hit a milestone of managing more than 500 properties. Century 21 Judge Fite Management Co. has continued its growth through the professional management and leasing of single-family residential properties. The company's properties cover a geographic area from north of Denton to Waxahachie. Services of the company include screening tenants through the eviction process, bi-annual property inspections and lawn inspections during the growing season.



New associates at the McKinney office of Coldwell Banker Residential are Bonnie Bernstein, Linda Jackson, Joyce Malamis, Vivian Miller and Marvin Shelton, says office manager Kay Wright.



Susan Matusewicz, a Realtor with Briggs-Freeman Real Estate Brokerage , recently was co-chairperson of the benefit and world debut of the film One Night at McCool's, starring Michael Douglas, Matt Dillon, Liv Tyler, John Goodman and Paul Reiser. Stan Seidel, who died of Crohn's disease in July 2000, wrote the film's original screenplay. Mr. Seidel had been a close friend of Ms. Matusewicz. The event took place in St. Louis and benefited the Stan Seidel Award at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.



RE/MAX Dallas Suburbs will host an open house at its new location at 6833 Coit Road, Suite 103, in Plano on April 10 from 5 to 7 p.m.
