| Seder meals mark Hebrews' liberation 03/31/2001 From staff reports Passover, which begins at sundown on April 7 this year, commemorates God's liberation of the ancient Hebrews from slavery under Pharaoh. It's celebrated during a ritual dinner called a Seder.
Dallas Home for Jewish Aged Golden Acres campus will hold the 47th annual First and Second Night Seders at 6 p.m. April 7 and 8 in Kahn Auditorium, 2525 Centerville Road. Cost for each Seder is $25 for adults and $10 for children. Reservations due by Monday; call 214-327-4503.
