Abilene's Spencer Dumont caught this Sweetwater Lake 13.41-pounder on a spinnerbait.

Judging from March weather, we're in for a wet spring that features high, murky water in most of the better bass-fishing lakes. High water means flooded vegetation. Spinnerbaits reign supreme in these fishing conditions.
