NCTCOG Strategic Plan for 1999-2003
This strategic plan culminates a year-long
process of posing questions and seeking answers about the future of North Central Texas as
it enters the next millennium. In January 1999, NCTCOG's Executive Board initiated the
strategic planning process by establishing seven "blue-ribbon" task forces. They
assisted the Board by looking at the region futuristically and considering what NCTCOG
needs to offer in the way of services and programs through the year 2003 if it is to
assist in strengthening the region it serves.
