| The North Central Texas WorkForce Development Board provides leadership to an extensive network of workforce centers and service providers dedicated to assisting employers find the right employee and job seekers find the right job. The North Central Texas WorkForce Development Board includes 38 representatives from business, industry, education and community organizations focused on the needs of the North Central Texas community. Our service area includes Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, and Wise counties. This area is home to over 1.9 million residents, 5,000 businesses and over 800,000 workers.
