MINUTES

Consider approval of Minutes for February 12, 2001 meeting.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Consideration of the application of MCDONALD’S CORPORATION, requesting a variance to Section 34.21©(3)(b) of the State Highway 190 Development Standards regarding freestanding signage; this property is located at 7201 George Bush Freeway (File SH 01-01).

2. Consideration of the application of LOUIS SPEYER requesting a waiver to Sections 7.0 and 9.4 of the Screening and Landscape Standards regarding screening and landscaping of an off street parking lot; this property is located at the northwest corner of Casalita Drive and Caruth Drive, more commonly known as 160 Casalita Drive.

3.
