The record length is 2120 bytes unpacked and is in account number sequence. Blocksize is 32K. Accounts that were in Value-in-Dispute at the time of Certification are not included in this file. The data consists of the most current deed transfer information on properties that have changed ownership in Dallas County. The data can be provided in two lengths: 411 bytes of packed data or 432 bytes of unpacked data with blocksize of 32K and must be specified on the request.
