NEW SERVICE REQUESTS

BILLING AND PAYMENT
- For convenient bill payment,
a drop box is located at the south side. Questions about your bill may be

WATER FACILITIES
- 400 miles of main water
line, with 38,857 water customer connections
- 6 elevated storage tanks
(10.5 million gallons total capacity)
- 7 ground storage tanks
(32.5 million gallons total capacity)

pumps and motors provide maximum efficiency and flexibility.

sewer backups, call the service desk at (972) 466-3425, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. Your call will be diagnosed as needing either emergency or routine attention,
and treated accordingly.
