Neighborhood Integrity Program

The goal of the Neighborhood Integrity Program is to create and maintain a quality living environment in the City by taking an active role in code enforcement. Safe, healthy, attractive and clean surroundings are a part of what makes Carrollton a good community to live, raise a family, work and retire in. In order to maintain our residential and commercial neighborhoods, code enforcement officers from the Environmental Services Department perform regular inspections of the different neighborhoods and respond to complaints that are called into our main office. Any violations that are found are addressed at that time and a reasonable amount of time is given to the resident or property owner to abate the violation(s) that were found on their property. It is the goal of code enforcement to gain compliance and insure that the property is properly maintained in the future. Should you have any further questions regarding a code enforcement issue or have a concern about a possible code violation then please contact us at (972) 466-3060 or if you like you may us.
